Santa's Sitting Room is a unique grotto/theatrical experience recommended for children aged 9 months to 14 years. A chance for the whole family to embrace the true and magical atmosphere of Christmas past, spending quality time with Father Christmas, with every family member included in the visit.
Father Christmas takes each child and their big folk on a journey of nostalgia, weaving in the magic of the Santa Claus story and of course noting down their dreams and wishes into his magic red book! A beautiful antique set, charmingly studded with twinkling fairy lights adorns the parlour where the children will meet Father Christmas, decorated in a Victorian style, globes, lanterns, clocks, writing desks and of course Christmas toys and decorations. This is a treasured event from a bygone era, with all the goodies of a modern-day world where every child will receive a beautifully presented gift. Shaw Productions is proud to present this unique event situated in the heart of Godalming in the Denningberg Centre, (next to Godalming Borough Hall), that will leave children and grown-ups alike, glowingly spellbound with the magical joy of Christmas long after they leave the building. Recommended for ages 9 months to 14 years. Friday 19th to 24th December inclusive - Every 30 minutes from 10am to 6:00pm - Please note: each party will be seen individually at some point within their allocated 30-minute time slot. Duration of the visit with Santa will depend on the size of the party. Fully accessible for wheelchair users. Photos and videos: We don’t provide a professional photographer, so we’re very happy for you to take your own photos and videos inside the sitting room to cherish the memories.

Child ticket - £19.50 Adult ticket - £2.99 Babies over 9 months will require a ticket (Father Christmas likes to include the whole family!)
You can easily change your booking if it’s at least 5 days before your event.
Simply follow these steps through your account:
Log in to your Santa Sitting Room ticket account.
Go to ‘Orders’.
Select the order you’d like to change.
Click ‘Move Dates’.
Pick your new preferred date.
Select a new timeslot.
Choose the same ticket type (for example, a Child ticket can only be moved to another Child ticket). Note: You can only switch to a ticket of the same value – an Adult ticket cannot be changed to a Child ticket or vice versa.
Click ‘Submit’ to confirm your changes.
If your event is within 5 days, changes can no longer be made. If you’d like us to make the change for you, a £20 fee applies. Please contact us to arrange this.
